Questions

Frequently Asked

Everything parents ask before their first lesson. Still curious? Call us or book a free trial and we'll show you around.

How warm is the pool?

Our indoor pool is kept at a constant 90°F year-round. Warm water helps young swimmers relax and stay in longer, which means faster progress and fewer chilly-day cancellations.

What is your make-up class policy?

Life happens. If you let us know before your lesson, we'll credit a make-up class you can schedule through our live openings calendar. It's one of the most flexible policies in the East Valley.

How small are the classes?

Group classes are capped at a 4:1 swimmer-to-instructor ratio, and our parent-and-tot classes at 6 pairs to one instructor. No child spends the lesson waiting at the wall.

How does a swimmer move up a level?

We use a transparent level progression chart - from Little Otters through Dolphins. Instructors mark off specific skills each week, so you always know exactly what your child is working toward before they advance.

Do you run lessons all year?

Yes. Because we're a fully indoor, heated facility, we teach 50+ classes a week every month of the year - not just in summer.

What should we bring to the first lesson?

A swimsuit, a towel, and goggles if your child has them (we have loaners). Swim diapers are required for any child not fully potty-trained. Arrive about ten minutes early to check in at the front desk.

Can we try a class before enrolling?

Absolutely - book a free trial lesson and we'll place your swimmer in the right level so you see a real class, not a sales pitch.
